Threads keep team discussion attached to the Unit it explains.

Start a discussion

  1. Open a Unit.
  2. Open the Threads panel.
  3. Write your message.
  4. Mention a person or @all when specific participation is needed.
  5. Add a file, link, or audio note if it provides useful context.
  6. Send the message.

Work with a Thread

Depending on the message, participants can reply, upvote, review comment counts, and mark it resolved or unresolved. Rich links and uploads can display previews. Polls can collect a structured response.

Use resolution when the question, decision, or action no longer needs attention. Reopen it if new information changes the situation.

Schedule a meeting from the discussion

Use the meeting control or the confirmed meeting command inside the Thread when the issue needs a live conversation. Keep the meeting connected to the Unit so its recording and transcript return to the relevant context.

Use Threads well

Keep one message focused on one point. Mention only the people needed. Resolve completed discussions so open work remains visible.
