Schedule a meeting in Quely
Schedule a meeting from the Unit that needs the conversation so the resulting context stays connected to the work.
Before you start
Connect an available Google or Microsoft calendar and confirm the participants belong to the Space.
Schedule from Meetings
- Open Meetings.
- Select New meeting, or click and drag an empty time range in a Day, 3 Days, or Week view.
- In Schedule meeting, choose the provider, date, time, duration, recurrence, participants, and recording preference.
- Connect the meeting to a Space and Unit when the conversation belongs to existing work.
- Confirm the meeting.
Schedule from context
- Open the relevant Unit.
- Open Threads.
- Use the meeting control in the discussion or a Lens's Schedule meeting action.
- Choose the participants.
- Review their available times.
- Select the meeting time and conferencing provider.
- Confirm the meeting.

Choose participants carefully
Invite the people needed to make the decision or provide missing context. Keep the attendee list focused.
What to expect
The meeting should appear in the relevant calendars and in Quely's Meetings area. If recording is enabled, Orbit can join and return the recording, transcript, notes, and Lenses to Quely.
If scheduling fails
- Confirm the calendar connection is active.
- Confirm Quely can see participant availability.
- Check whether the participant is in the Space.
- Try another time or create the meeting from Meetings > New meeting.
