Record, transcribe, and understand a meeting with Orbit

Use Orbit as a meeting recorder and note-taker so the conversation becomes context for the relevant Unit.

Add Orbit to the meeting

Orbit can be enabled while scheduling, toggled from a meeting's detail rail, or sent to a live call by pasting its meeting URL.

  1. Open Meetings.
  2. Open the event and enable Orbit in the detail rail, or use the Orbit button in the Meetings header for a live call.
  3. Confirm the meeting link and recorder status.
  4. Follow your Organization's recording and consent requirements.
  5. Hold the meeting.

After the meeting

Quely can provide:

  • The full recording
  • A transcript
  • Notes or an overview
  • Ask Orbit for the meeting
  • Meeting-generated Lenses

Open the recording to review the video and transcript together. Ask Orbit a focused question when you need to find a decision, action, risk, opportunity, open question, or next step.

If the recording is missing

  • Confirm Orbit joined the call.
  • Confirm the link and calendar event were correct.
  • Open Recordings on the Meetings page.
  • Confirm recording consent and provider permissions.
