# Use the Meetings page

Use **Meetings** to manage calendars, schedule calls, send Orbit, and review recordings.

## Calendar views

Open **Meetings** from the sidebar. Choose **Days**, **3 Days**, **Week**, **Month**, **List**, or **Recordings**.

Use **Today** and the previous or next controls to change the visible range. Select **New meeting** to schedule a call.

## Use the calendar

The left rail contains a mini month, calendar source switches, and time zones. In Days, 3 Days, and Week views, click or drag empty time to create a meeting. Drag a manageable event to reschedule it and confirm the change.

Select an event to open the detail rail. Depending on the event and your permissions, you can join, open Lenses, enable Orbit, edit, cancel, or open it in the provider calendar.

## Calendar link and settings

Select **Calendar link** to manage bookable hours and your public scheduling link. **Meeting settings** contains Accounts & calendars, Calendar link, Orbit, Time zones, and Display. Changes save as you go.

## Review recordings

Select **Recordings** to browse past meetings. Open a recording to review its video, transcript, notes, Orbit chat, and Lenses. A recording can also be added to a Space and Unit.
