# Create or join your Quely organization

An Organization is the shared Quely environment for your team.

## Create an Organization

1. Sign in to Quely.io.
2. On **Find your team**, select **Create your organisation**.
3. Add an optional logo.
4. Enter the required **Organization name**.
5. Select **Create organization**.
6. On **Invite teammates**, enter email addresses or skip the step.

The creator becomes the owner. Onboarding invitations use the Contributor role.

## Join an Organization

Open the invitation using the email address that received it, then accept or decline the invitation. After acceptance, choose the Organization from the Organization switcher.

## If it does not work

* Confirm you signed in with the invited email address.
* Ask an administrator to resend the invitation.
* Check the Organization switcher in case you are viewing another Organization.
* Contact Quely support if an accepted invitation still shows access denied.
